Passport Size Photograph

• The photograph must be recent, colored and clear.
• The background should be plain white or light colored, and the face must be clearly visible.
• File format: JPG/JPEG
• Max. file size: 1 MB.

Signature

• The signature must be done on white paper using a blue pen.
• Scan only the signature area.
• File format: JPG/JPEG
• Max. file size: 1 MB.

Passport/National Identity card

• Upload the front and back sides of the Passport/National Identity card as separate attachments.
• Both scans must be colored, clear, and complete.
• File format: JPG/JPEG
• Max. file size: 1 MB.

• Incomplete, incorrect, unclear, or illegible documents may result in rejection of the application.
• The Asian Pittu Federation reserves the right to verify all submitted documents.
