Respected Sir/Madam,

I, , hereby submit my candidature for appointment as the National Representative of (Country Name) under the Asian Pittu Federation (APF).

If this responsibility is entrusted to me, I shall work with full dedication, honesty, and integrity for the promotion, development, and expansion of the traditional sport of Pittu in my country. I further undertake to establish and strengthen the national structure of Pittu in accordance with the Constitution, Rules & Regulations, and policies of APF.

I also undertake to establish, organize, and strengthen the National Pittu Federation/Association in my country and to obtain all necessary registrations, recognitions, and affiliations as required under the applicable laws.

Furthermore, I undertake to strictly follow all rules, regulations, directives, and the Code of Conduct issued by APF and its governing bodies.

I hereby declare that all information provided by me in this application form and supporting documents is true, complete, and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

I further agree to abide by the Constitution, Rules & Regulations, policies, directives, and Code of Conduct of the Asian Pittu Federation.

I understand that any false statement, misrepresentation, or concealment of facts may result in rejection of my application or termination of my appointment.

I further understand that the Asian Pittu Federation reserves the right to suspend or cancel my appointment in case of non-compliance with its Constitution, Rules & Regulations, directives, or policies.
